We want you to get your retro games and consoles as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship orders.

🕒 Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
(That means Monday to Friday, not including holidays.)

Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.

📦 Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We ship both domestically (U.S.) and internationally.

U.S. Shipping

Standard Shipping: 7 – 10 business days

International Shipping

Economy Shipping: 12–20 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues.

💰 Shipping Costs

All orders placed in US, CA & MX qualify for Free Shipping!

All International orders are charged a flat rate of $9.95.

All international orders over $99.99 qualify for free shipping.

🌎 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

If you're outside the U.S., your country might charge import fees or taxes when the package arrives.
These aren’t included in our prices — you’ll be responsible for them.

😔 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We want every order to arrive safely, but if something goes wrong:

✏️ Changing or Canceling Your Order

Need to change or cancel something? No problem — just contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once your order is shipped, we won’t be able to make changes.
